**Job Description:**

Nordstrom is seeking a motivated and reliable Account Support Officer to join our dynamic team in a part-time remote work capacity. As an integral member of the account management department, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting account managers in delivering top-notch service to our clients. ### Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience with Nordstrom.

- **Account Management Support:** Assist account managers by coordinating activities, managing schedules, and following up on client requests and inquiries to ensure timely resolutions.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, account statuses, and feedback using our CRM system. Ensure that client data is managed efficiently and securely.

- **Reporting:** Generate and analyze reports on account performance, customer satisfaction, and engagement to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

- **Problem Solving:** Act as a point of contact for clients regarding account-related issues. Leverage emotional intelligence to resolve complaints and challenges effectively and empathetically.

- **Training and Presentation:** Participate in training sessions, workshops, and presentations to effectively communicate company policies, updates, and best practices to clients and team members.

- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment on client needs and company offerings.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay informed of industry trends and best practices that can be leveraged to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, account management, or related role, preferably within a retail or corporate environment.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) is essential.

- **Personality Traits:**

- Motivated: Self-starter who engages actively in initiatives to drive personal and team success.
