**Overview:**
The GPT Group is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Account Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As an Account Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Account Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries and providing timely solutions.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

- **Communication & Coordination:**
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate processing of client requests, orders, and inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to enhance understanding of products and services, ensuring clear communication of details.

- **Negotiation & Conflict Resolution:**
- Facilitate negotiation processes to resolve conflicts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify potential issues within client accounts and proactively develop strategies to mitigate risks.

- **Reporting & Analysis:**
- Compile and analyze client feedback, account performance metrics, and sales data to provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders that detail account status, forecasts, and growth opportunities.

- **Customer Experience Enhancement:**
- Implement initiatives aimed at improving overall client experience and fostering long-term relationships.
- Encourage client feedback and suggestions for service improvement, aligning solutions with client needs.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively within a diverse team, sharing best practices and identifying areas for collective improvement.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and goals of the Account Support team.

### **Requirements:**

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer support, preferably in a remote setting.

**Skills and Competencies:**
- **Adaptability:** Ability to quickly adjust to changes in direction and client needs, demonstrating flexibility in a remote work environment.
- **Resourcefulness:** Proficient in identifying solutions and overcoming challenges with minimal supervision.

- **Negotiation:** Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully managing client needs and expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
