Job Description:

Xerox is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This position is of mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in account management.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for account-related inquiries and issues- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver solutions that meet client needs- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Prepare regular reports on account activity, sales forecasts, and budget variances- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in account management or a related field- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding sales targets- Confident and passionate individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills- Innovative thinker with a high level of attention to detail- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Availability to work part-time hours remotely
