Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

DuPont is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our remote team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to the account management team by assisting with customer inquiries, conducting data analysis, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.3. Work closely with the account management team to develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients.5. Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.6. Proactively identify and address customer issues to prevent escalations.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Resilient and passionate personality traits.7. Ability to think creatively and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
