### Key Responsibilities

1. **Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication to ensure their needs are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continual improvement.

2. **Account Maintenance**:
- Support account management efforts by assisting in tracking account activities and ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded in our systems.
- Monitor account usage and performance metrics, providing insights for upselling and enhancing service delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of account summaries and reports to present to management and clients.

3. **Problem-Solving**:
- Identify issues and challenges that clients may face, utilizing strong analytical skills to propose effective solutions.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support, and operations) to address client concerns and implement solutions.

4. **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and updates within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all account-related interactions.

5. **Customer Support**:
- Provide direct support to clients regarding product issues, inquiries, and technical challenges, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate training sessions or demonstrations to educate clients on product usage and features.

6. **Collaboration and Team Support**:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or account management role.

**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
