**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Account Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at Level 3 Communications. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, providing essential support to our account management team and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Assistance**: Provide timely and effective support to our clients by responding to inquiries and resolving issues. This may include communicating via email, chat, or phone.
- **Account Management Support**: Assist account managers with day-to-day tasks, including maintaining client records, updating account information, and tracking project progress.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to client accounts, service requests, and support issues.
- **Data Entry**: Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in our CRM system, along with timely updates to documentation as changes occur.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, billing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
- **Project Management**: Support project management activities by tracking deadlines, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining timelines.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance the client support experience.
- **Training Participation**: Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:
- **Education**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- **Personality Traits**:
