**Job Description**

Morgan Stanley, a world-renowned leader in financial services, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Account Support Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our account management team, ensuring a seamless customer experience for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Communication:** Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about our services in a courteous and professional manner.

- **Account Management Support:** Assist account managers in maintaining and updating client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and current.

- **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare and organize client documentation, including contracts, financial statements, and correspondence; assist in the generation of reports for internal review and client discussions.

- **Project Management:** Coordinate various projects within the team including timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking to ensure deadlines are met.

- **Data Entry and Analysis:** Input and maintain data in our internal systems, helping to analyze trends and prepare insights for the team.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with account managers and other departments to facilitate strong communication and collaboration for client projects.

- **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials when required.

- **Problem-Solving:** Address client concerns and issues proactively, escalating when needed to ensure client satisfaction and resolution.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a customer service, administrative, or support role, preferably within finance or related sectors.

- **Personality Traits:**

- *Driven:* Motivated to provide exceptional service to clients and actively seek ways to improve accounts management processes.

- **Soft Skills:**
- *Project Management:* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- *Adaptability:* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to quickly adjust to changing priorities.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
