What You'll Do:
Criteo is in search of a goal-driven & self-motivated Large Customer Account Strategist to join our Account Strategy team in Melbourne, Australia.
You will be partnering closely with medium to enterprise-level advertisers and agency partners to understand their marketing and business goals & objectives, and tailor bespoke solutions from Criteo's suite of Marketing Solutions to address their needs and cultivate a strong and productive relationship with clients & agencies.

As an Account Strategist you will:
Be the primary account & relationship owner across medium & enterprise/ASX listed retailers.Proactively grow Criteo revenue to meet growth targets and maximize retention of clients and/or agencies.Build long-lasting trusted-advisor relationships with client & agency contacts.Develop Account Plans for top clients & agencies.Present quarterly strategic media plans to "Head of" and C-Suite stakeholders.Optimize media activity and media mix to generate improved value & results for the client/agency.Conduct regular client meetings to ensure strategy execution is meeting client expectations.Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo's Solutions.Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo's products and services.Who You Are: At least 5 years proven experience in direct client relationships in Advertising, Marketing, and/or Technology.Demonstrated track record of innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention and offering outstanding customer service.Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.Ability to assess and resolve client issues & objections encountered in the role.Strong data analysis & data/insights interpretation skills.We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
