The individual will be mainly responsible for Bank Business Operation and Customer Inquiries.This is a One Year/ Two Years Maximum Term contract role. To be successful in this role, you need to have the below qualifications and skills:Thorough understanding of the banking industry and market in Australia.Comprehensive knowledge of various retail banking products, i.e., Deposit, Remittance, Accounts, Foreign Exchange, as well as Accounts Opening.Previous retail banking experience within financial services is highly appreciated.Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the proven ability to liaise with people of different backgrounds.Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.Exemplary natural ability to work independently as well as in a team.Closing date for applications: 6 December 2024Please note that only applicants with Australian P.R. or Citizenship will be considered.
