Account Payable Officer

$80,000 - $85,000 + super CBDPronto Mining Company PSG are working with a gold mining company in CBD to recruit a Accounts Payable Officer. 

Role Requirements  Previous experience in Accounts Payable role (3+ years) preferably in the mining industryAttention to detail and accurate data entry skillsAbility to work as a team player within a dynamic environmentProficient user of the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Microsoft ExcelProficiency in finance ERP systems preferably ProntoThe role  Entry of invoices into the ERP system including matching purchase orders to supplier invoices and obtaining relevant approvalsProcessing of employee expense claims and credit card expensesCo-ordination and preparation of bi-monthly supplier payment runsMaintaining the accuracy of supplier records in the ERP systemMonitoring and actioning the Accounts Payable email inboxReconciliation of supplier statements and liaison with suppliersWorking with the accounting team to identify accruals at month endApply  To apply please submit your CV through the Seek application process.
