Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable and Administration Assistant. In this role, you will support our financial operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth processes and timely reporting.
Main Responsibilities: Manage the entire accounts payable process from start to finish.Check and process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices to maintain positive supplier relationships.Handle queries and maintain effective communication with suppliers.Reconcile accounts and supplier statements regularly to ensure accuracy.Generate monthly reports on accounts payable activities and status.Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents and correspondence.Assist and provide backup to the sales administrator as needed.Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.Successful Candidates Will Have: Experience in accounts payable and administrative roles.Ability to work independently to solve issues while being a team player.Well-developed organizational skills to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Eagerness to learn new functions, with a focus on team support and accountability.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A strong sense of urgency and ability to manage workload in a busy environment.Salary package is negotiable based on experience.
