With realestate.com.au being the number one destination for people interested in property in Australia, as you can imagine - the group of legends working on our little red house are very passionate about what they do.What the role is all aboutThe Account Partner supports the Residential Sales team in the following ways:Achieve revenue targets within defined territoryIdentify and close new opportunities and protect existing customer relationships to achieve revenue targetsEnsure uptake of additional advertising products by all customersImplement organisation initiatives in order to achieve initiative targetsProvide accurate forecasts to State Manager regarding the opportunity pipeline and revenue growthIdentify gap fill initiatives to ensure achievement of targetsIdentify sales opportunities for other REA services, e.g. Media, Developer, Commercial etc and engage specialist sales resources as required to achieve the revenue targetsAchieve targets by selling solutions not products to customersDevelop a systematic approach to the education and training of customers within designated territory on a regular basisEnsure that all levels have the skills and understanding to on-sell REA products to vendors including Principals, Sales Managers, agents, property managers and admin supportProvide on-going scheduling of education and training sessionsWho we're looking forCare factor = high!
