Account Manager - Workers Compensation

Details of the offer

As part of icare's major reset to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers, DXC has commenced managing workers' compensation claims in New South Wales.
Join the DXC team and contribute to bringing DXC's claims management expertise to icare and the people of New South Wales.
The Account Manager will achieve the business's growth objectives through networks, relationships, and responses to tenders.
The Account Manager will be a member of the DXC senior leadership team and contribute to developing and implementing organisational strategies designed to attract and retain clients to DXC.
The Account Manager will work with DXC innovation partners to design a compelling value proposition for our customers.
Required skills, experience and qualifications

NSW worker's compensation experience or insurance industry experience
Experience with corporate clients and / or brokers
Computer skills – Microsoft Word (basic), Excel (basic) and PowerPoint (intermediate)

To be successful in this role, you will have

Strong sales and relationship skills
Experience in sales processes and CRM software
Strategic and innovative thinking
A strong customer service ethos
The ability to identify and penetrate target markets and convert opportunities to customers.
