Job DescriptionAn opportunity exists for a workers' compensation professional to join our Workplace Risk Practice in our Hobart office. The Workplace Risk Practice is the leading provider of strategic workplace risk services to Australia's Top 500 companies.Reporting to the Victorian State Manager (Workplace Risk), the primary focus of this role will be to provide hands-on injury management and workers' compensation advice to support our clients' workplace risk RoleProject management of our national clients' workplace risk programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality servicesProvide our clients with advice on policy, premium, claims and injury managementProvide Outsourced Return to Work support services for a range of clientsReport writing and implementation of client retention strategiesSupport the Insurance Brokers as a technical expert in all aspects of Workers' CompensationManage the company profile with industry contacts by identifying and maintaining strategic relationships in all key marketsEngage our strategic partners to deliver value to WTWBe an active member of our consultancy team, willingly working on assigned projects and developing team members' knowledge and skillsIdentifying new business opportunities for WTWTender submissions and presentationsQualificationsThe RequirementsProven experience working for a national employer, a broker, WorkCover or within a WorkCover insurer/agentExperience in Workers' Compensation arrangements and the key drivers to premiumsDemonstrable knowledge and application of policy and premium management across the Workers' Compensation landscapeExperience developing existing and new businessExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsExperience in coaching and mentoring team membersProven ability to organise, prioritise, project manage and work well under pressureA team player with the ability to demonstrate credibility and gain trustA tertiary qualification in Allied Health, or equivalent work experience desirableWhy Join WTW?WTW provides a competitive benefits package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply):Annual bonusCompany paid salary continuance insuranceLife and TPD insuranceHybrid workingNetworks (Gender, Wellbeing, Pride)Career Growth - internal opportunities and development programsAt WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful.
