This is an opportunity to develop your career with a global best-in-class organisation. The role will be based in Perth; however, we can consider candidates based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide.
The Role
Our workplace risk practice focuses on the provision of consulting and advisory services to a portfolio of corporate clients across Workers' Compensation and Work, Health and Safety.Delivering on a wide range of consulting proposals such as health checks, risk profiling, outsourced health and safety, wellbeing, training, safety culture assessments, health and safety management systemsProject managementProviding strategic Work, Health and Safety advice to existing clientsDeveloping marketing material and providing Work, Health and Safety updatesDeveloping content and delivering training and WebinarsDeveloping strategic initiatives that respond to clients' requirementsProduct developmentPreparation and delivery of verbal and written reportsIdentifying and assisting the Prevention Director with business development opportunitiesAuditing against health and safety standards
Qualifications
The RequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to build and manage relationshipsIn depth knowledge of and proven experience in Work, Health and SafetySolid experience in reviewing and developing health and safety management system frameworksSound ability to facilitate training and presentations to a broad range of audiences, from shop floor to senior management or company boardsStrong attention to detailAbility to develop and deliver on work plans in accordance with clients' needs, timeframes and objectivesProficiency in Microsoft Office and OutlookAbility to simplify complex messages skilfullySome travel will be required, and you are required to have a valid and appropriate driver's licenceQualifications in ergonomics, physiotherapy or exercise physiology would be ideal
