Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and meet sales targets.
Customer Success: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure clients maximize the value of the Monday.com platform and achieve their business objectives.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex challenges when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up.
Strategic Planning: Develop account plans to anticipate renewal opportunities, mitigate churn risks, and enhance client satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to align on client strategies and address customer feedback effectively.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate account activity records, provide performance forecasts, and track key metrics.
Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Monday.com's product developments and industry trends to educate clients and position solutions effectively.
Qualifications: Account Management Experience: 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably with SaaS products or enterprise software.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving revenue growth.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding client needs and delivering solutions that provide measurable impact.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Process-Driven: Organized and methodical approach to managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to learn product functionalities quickly.
Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
