Role Account Managers at First Focus combine their deep  technical  understanding with a desire to provide genuine customer service and deliver sales  consulting .
It's a perfect role for anyone looking for variety, challenges and career progression as you will be working with multiple potential clients to develop opportunities from warm lead to supported solution.
Our Account managers work together with technical delivery and IT support teams so there's no shortage of technical backing when you need it.
This role would  perfectly suit  someone who is currently an experienced UCaaS Account Manager (obviously) or an experienced UCaaS pre-sales professional looking for their next step, Requirements The perfect candidate for this role will join a team of highly specialised consultants and technical experts.
To suit this role, you will have substantial experience working with a range client scales (sub 50 up to 1000 seats) and possess  technical  and business competence across a broad range of technologies within the IT infrastructure domain.
If you are at the top of your game in a UCaaS specialist provider, an MSP, MSSP or integrator and are looking for the next big step, this could be it.
Rather than give you a long list of wants, we'll keep this brief.
The following four things are  non-negotiables : You must have history and demonstrable competence in delivering outstanding pre-sales, sales and/or technical advice within another UCaaS specialist organisation,  MSP , MSSP, integrator or other service providing  IT business You must be able to demonstrate success  developing UCaaS opportunities  within small to mid-scale clients across a range of industries and market verticals, ideally demonstrating experience in Zoom, Teams, 3CX or Mitel cloud-based solutions Your  values  must resonate with ours.
