About the Role Due to continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and motivated team player to join our dynamic sales team as an Account Manager based in the Northwest Region, specifically in Truganina.

Role Responsibilities: Lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsDevelop new business with new customers to enlarge sales quotasEnsure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needsProvide updated sales promotions information to customersKeep abreast of the market and understand our competitive advantagesProvide inputs and assistance in pricing models, quotations, and product improvementsIdeally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry.
To be successful in this role: Experience delivering client-focused solution sellingProven ability in multi-account management, with strong attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation, and influencing skillsRelevant qualifications with Refrigeration/HVAC industry experience highly desirable, but not necessaryCurrent driver's licenseIf you are experienced in an engineering sales organization with a proven track record in customer account management and wish to advance your career in a highly successful company, we want to hear from you!
