In this critical role, you will leverage your proven experience in account management to cultivate and strengthen a strategic partnership with a Tier 1 Telco in Australia.
You will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive account development plan, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets.
To excel in this opportunity, you possess: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrably successful experience managing a Telco account within the Australian market.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.A proven track record of building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.A strong results-oriented mindset and a dedication to exceeding expectations.The resiliency and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.Experience in a matrix organizational structure is a plus.Full working rights in Australia.
