Pay Range $85,000 - $120,000 a year

The Account Manager is responsible for establishing customer relationships, developing long-term and positive customer experiences, managing accounts, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Manager operates as the lead point of contact between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
Key duties and responsibilitiesOperate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the customers.Maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships with overall customer satisfaction with products and services.Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Implement sales strategies and work with Sales Manager and senior management to implement sales plans.Plans and supports sales team members.Maintain customer contact during and after the sales process to pre-empt any issues and identify further opportunities.Support the training and mentoring of team members to keep the services and skills stay up-to-date while maintaining an awareness of the development in the industry.Qualifications of Experience, Skills, and KnowledgeBachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or relevant field, with at least 3-5 years prior experience as account management or sales representative.Demonstrate excellent and effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a growing sales focus.Acquire substantial knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with moderate IT skills and computer literacy.Demonstrate ability of relationship management skills and strategic and problem-solving skills.Demonstrate a wide breadth of knowledge across the industry and the ability to apply relevant business and sales knowledge when necessary.Demonstrate clear leadership and ability to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, customers, and team members.Contribution to the security culture of DiGiCOR by being able to assess and evaluate risks while ensuring security is appropriately addressed within the area of self and others.Apply TodayPlease keep your resume and cover letter handy and fill out our online application form.
