Account Manager - Security

You will be responsible for the overarching business development, operations, and profitability of all security services within the portfolio. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to interact with senior stakeholders both locally and globally to make a real impact on the company's success. You will report directly to the General Manager of Security Services and will work closely with a team of Security Operations Managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and internal stakeholders Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Developing and implementing account management plans Ensuring contract compliance and service delivery Managing budgets, financial performance and taking on accountability for outcomes Overseeing contract compliance and account management, including managing scope, risk, and issue resolution Contributing to governance, strategy, and driving continuous improvement and innovation Developing and implementing frameworks to achieve key objectives Creating and managing an effective safety system What we're looking for Proven experience in account management, ideally in the security or related industry Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience in contract management, pricing and bid management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels Strategic thinker with a focus on results and a track record of achieving ambitious objectives Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, understanding their issues, and putting in place frameworks to meet their needs The recruitment process G4S runs a staged recruitment process which includes:
