The Role We're now looking for an Account Manager / Project Lead to join our team in Milton.
This consulting-focused position will see you acting as the conduit between our clients and our development team, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. This includes:
Participating in workshops for scoping and delivery purposes; Coordinating project phases; Reporting on project progress; Ensuring all elements of the project run smoothly; Working with our Marketing team to promote the NetEngine brand and our successful projects, in order to build new pipeline for future projects. First and foremost, this is a client-facing role. As such, it's crucial you have excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships with others. A solutions-driven mindset will see you thrive in this position.
You don't have to have any formal project management background or skills, though your organisation and problem-solving skills will be outstanding.
We're looking for someone who is also keen to work with our Marketing team to promote the NetEngine brand via email marketing and LinkedIn, and speak with and run workshops with prospective new clients.
We're offering a remuneration package circa $80,000-$100,000 and a range of benefits including flexible work conditions, L&D opportunities, EAP, in-office barista, and more.
