Position Overview: We're looking for a skilled and proactive Account Manager and Media Buyer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
You'll manage client relationships, lead account growth strategies, and oversee digital ad campaigns. This role is client-facing, so a professional, personable, and consultative approach is key. You'll work with our experienced team and have access to industry-leading resources to help you succeed.
Roles & Responsibilities: Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, providing updates, and managing expectations to ensure a high level of satisfaction.Campaign Strategy: Work with executive management to craft high-impact digital marketing strategies, focusing on growth and lead generation.Ad Campaign Management: Oversee and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google, optimizing for maximum ROI.Content & Ad Creation: Collaborate with our creative team to design, develop, and test ad creatives, ensuring they resonate with the client's target audience.Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, making data-backed adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.Account Growth: Identify and implement growth opportunities for client accounts, leveraging proven strategies and continuous testing.
Required Experience: Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in running and managing ad campaigns across Meta and/or Google Ad PlatformsClient-Facing Role: Prior experience in a client-facing role preferred, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.Ad Management: Strong understanding of paid ad campaigns and ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Instagram), with experience in creating, running, and optimizing ads.Creative Strategy: Experience in developing content and ad creatives with a focus on conversion.Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.Direct Response: Knowledge of Direct-Response Marketing and frameworks are preferred Why Join Predictable Marketing?
