Reporting to the Mining Sales Manager, this role is pivotal in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service.
You will leverage your technical acumen and interpersonal skills to develop strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company's strategic goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Knowledge: Acquire and apply expertise across our pump brands and related systems (water/sewerage treatment, piping solutions).Technical Solutions: Accurately troubleshoot, size, and select pumps and accessories for client needs.Sales Excellence:Meet or exceed KPI and sales targets.Prepare accurate and compelling client quotations.Maintain and enhance client relationships.System Utilisation: Effectively use CRM and internal databases to manage sales processes.Compliance: Adhere to safety standards, work procedures, and corporate policies.Qualifications and ExperienceProven sales experience in the pumping or mining industry, with expertise in:Pumps and pumping equipment.Pipes, valves, and fittings.Water treatment and filtration systems.Designing pumping/water treatment solutions (advantageous).Strong account management and business development track record.Knowledge of the Queensland mining sector (highly desirable).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to read and interpret diagrams, maps, and technical documentation.Proficient in using CRM systems and technology tools.Hold a current driver's license and legal work rights in Australia.What We're Looking ForA proactive problem solver with attention to detail.Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.Collaborative yet capable of working autonomously.Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.How to ApplyIf you're ready to advance your career with a market leader, send us your CV and cover letter today.
