More about our benefits Flexible hybrid workplaceCompetitive remuneration with excellent commission structure Generous Reward and Recognition programsOngoing training and career developmentAccess to free Mental Health programsBirthday day offConvenient location with onsite parkingEmployee discounts on full product rangeOpportunity to participate in community welfare and charity initiativesMore about what you'll do We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our busy and growing Townsville Sales team.  Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Mid Market, you will focus on retaining and growing revenue from a strong customer portfolio as well as seek to secure new business from our internal prospects and from your own customer relationships and connections.  Key responsibilities include: Meet and exceed all sales KPI's to deliver the required revenue and margin growthEffectively sales plan to ensure that key activities and growth targets are achieved on a daily basisRegularly secure new customers who have not previously engaged with COSUpsell additional category extensions to an existing client portfolioRetain customers, build long term and credible relationships with multiple stakeholdersPrepare and present business solutions and reviews with clientsMore about you If you are passionate about sales and account managements, then this is the perfect role for you! You will also possess a strong customer service mindset and display professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times.
