Reporting to our National Sales Manager Infection control, the Account Manager, Infection Control position is responsible for the direction and management of all Sales and Business Development for the Getinge Infection Control (Capital and Consumables) across QLD North (encompassing all metro and regional sites north of the Brisbane River). This includes market competitiveness, compensation, and distribution and channel strategy.
In this role you will be responsible for: Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, drive growth and direct marketing operations.Directly manage client accounts: Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.Increase market share of Infection Control products throughout Queensland each year consistent or greater than corporate market share goals.Skills and Experience: Excellent track record in capital sales, or a clinical background in Infection Control.Experience working in an Infection control setting of a hospital would be advantageous.Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive-level customers and partners.Comfortable in various health care/medical settings and environments.Solid commercial awareness with the ability to work independently, and as part of a team.Flexible attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize different activities is necessary.Willingness and flexibility to travel to client sites in Central and North Queensland at times.Successful applicants will be required to undergo relevant references, police, and medical checks prior to appointment.
