The role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, creative and proactive Account Manager to join our Sydney team. In this varied and exciting role, you will be responsible for maintaining key accounts as well as generating new business across Independent Agencies in NSW. You'll have direct engagement with clients and sell the breadth of media asset offerings across road, bus shelters, rail, retail, airports & office environments, covering digital and classic print campaigns.
You'll jump into a very warm seat with an existing client base who we have long-standing relationships with, and is a fantastic opportunity to work with reputable, established clients who engage with the biggest brands in Australia. You'll play to your strengths as a trusted partner, strategic seller and be confident in your ability to drive growth and revenue in your accounts.
You will also: Develop strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients and their teamsUp-sell and cross-sell on key accounts to develop new business avenues and manage the after sales processDrive market activity via a consistent and effective engagement planCollaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in marketParticipate in external events and social engagements to build relationships with clients and boost our branding effortsBased in North Sydney you'll join a close knit team of experienced AM/BDMs who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients across a range of industries. You'll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry, and be nurtured and supported by your team and manager.
The Experience: Ideally you'll have 2+ years in Account Management function, prior media experience and be well connected in the industry! You will also:Be a natural hunter with proven success in developing new business as well as managing and expanding key accountsBe able to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approachUnderstand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.An innate storyteller with excellent presentation style and ability to present engaging insights and solutionsHave exemplary communication, collaboration and critical thinking skillsOur Benefits: You flex – We are all different and we recognise that.
