Serving a diverse range of B2B clients, including retailers, marketplaces, and interior design professionals, we are dedicated to building meaningful partnerships and delivering exceptional value.We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager / Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for interior design, experience in B2B sales, and a strong ability to cultivate and nurture client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Account Management:Handle all incoming sales inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients & marketplaces such as Temple & Webster, Freedom Furniture fostering strong, enduring relationships.Customer Onboarding:Review and approve wholesale applications, ensuring all requirements are met.Seamlessly onboard new customers, offering product training and account setup support.Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns for B2B customers.Customer Service:Provide solutions to client concerns, acting as a trusted advisor.Ensure a smooth ordering process, from inquiry to delivery.Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM.Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and results.Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in account management, inbound sales, or a similar B2B role.A genuine interest in interior design and a good understanding of industry trends.Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of Zoho CRM and Shopify is a bonus.A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package that recognizes your talent.Room to grow and develop professionally in a dynamic, design-focused environment.A fun, creative workspace where your ideas can truly shine.To apply, please attach your cover letter along with your CV.Only applicants considered suitable for the role will be contacted.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have experience in a sales role?How many years' experience do you have in a client services / account management role?How many years of B2B sales experience do you have?To help fast track investigation, please include here any other relevant details that prompted you to report this job ad as fraudulent / misleading / discriminatory.
