Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time As a trusted Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing superior customer experiences, nurturing a select portfolio of TGE's most valued clients, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. You'll achieve your 'share of wallet' optimization targets by consistently engaging/consulting with your clients, via both regular face-to-face meetings, as well as over MS Teams calls. Your portfolio will include circa twenty clients, with annual revenues up to five million dollars. Some interstate travel may be required on occasion.

Typical duties & responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports for all customers within your portfolioReview, integrity check, and ensure all revenue, rates, cost modeling, billing details, and contractual arrangements are in the system and validUndertake complete customer profitability modeling to ensure that each customer is meeting appropriate profitability benchmarksFoster and maintain strong working relationships with management, operational staff, and driversEstablish competitor/market information profile and report market activities to managementWhat are we ideally looking for in an Account Manager? What's important? 2+ years experience within a sales or account management position, ideally within a service solutionExperience within the logistics, transportation, supply chain, and/or heavy industriesA high level of solution selling/negotiation/presentations experienceStrong analytical and numerical ability and comprehensionKey personality traits & characteristics would include positivity, tenacity, resilience, continuous improvement mindset, and results/outcomes focusedYou take pride in your work, you're driven/energetic, and dedicatedExtra points for the following (not essential though): Power BI expertiseBusiness and/or logistics degreeThis role can be based from our offices at Melbourne Airport (ample parking available).
