We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join the Wodonga team to grow and manage our existing accounts.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager VIC, the role will draw on your sales skills and experience in building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding sales results for our business.
What we offer Fully maintained vehicle and tools of trade provided to get the job done!On Target Benefits + CommissionsOngoing Support & TrainingCareer Growth and Development OpportunitiesThe key responsibilities of the role will include: Growing and maintaining existing accounts by building rapport with account customersEngaging in calls to schedule site visits and liaise with builders/clientsCoordinating the sales effort by working with internal staff and external clientsDelivering on sale budgets and targets through continuous improvement on sales performanceManaging customer complaints and implementing fixes to avoid future issues.Providing comprehensive knowledge on Dowell products by staying up to dateParticipating in trade shows and conventions as required.A successful candidate for this role will have: Experience in selling products preferably within the building materials market.Ability to read a building planAbility to work well autonomously and in a teamAn easy to deal with and positive approachAn open, honest and authentic manner in your dealingsStrong computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and OutlookWe have a great team environment where there is a hands-on approach to all that needs to be done.
