The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the retail accounts within a designated territory across FNQ and can be based at either Townsville, Cairns or Bundaberg, managing up to 50-60 stores. You will play a key role in driving sales, providing on the ground support and ensuring products are efficiently merchandised and promoted in stores. The position involves a mix of relationship management, business planning, sales execution and training.
The Position

Reporting to the interstate Sales Managers, your duties will include to:
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, franchisees, and key stakeholders Conduct regular store visits to assess sales performance, provide product training, and offer promotional recommendations Develop and execute a territory-wide Business Plan, aligning with sales targets and KPIs Secure new business and drive sales growth with existing retail partners Manage customer sell-through activities, ensuring commercial metrics align with customer goals Provide product training to store teams to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to sell effectively Ensure product is merchandised according to brand guidelines and best practices Regularly track and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide timely updates to stakeholders The Candidate The successful applicant will have 3+ years' experience in B2B retail Sales within the product space and will possess the following skills:
Proven experience with outbound sales and appointment setting to meet with franchisees or business owners Strong understanding of Sales data analyses and budget tracking Possess a sales-driven result orientated mindset, order taking during store visits Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working some evenings or weekends for training and events as needed If you are an experienced Account Manager with a passion for retail sales and customer success, we'd love to hear from you 'Apply Now' button to submit your application, or alternatively contact Lauren Toledo on 03 9088 2*** for a confidential discussion.
