Account Manager

The Account Manager is a critical role within the Customer Success and Operations department that works directly with our advertising agency partners to execute on campaigns to meet client targets. The role supports our sales team to ensure that all aspects of the campaign cycle are performing to client expectations while updating, educating and building relationships with our agency partners.

The Account Manager facilitates the management of all aspects of the campaign life cycle, working closely with our Sales, Creative Services, and Programmatic Ad Operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns, while providing GumGum clients with industry-leading customer service.

Note: GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.

What You'll Achieve Campaign Success & Client Satisfaction Execute advertising campaigns on GumGum's platform within SLA. Ensure exceptional client experiences and cultivate agency relationships. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth campaign execution. Provide IOs, campaign screenshots, and relevant reporting. Maintain systems (Salesforce, Jira) and deliver End of Campaign Reports aligned with KPIs. Assist with billing and offer feedback to enhance client service. Partner with Sales to support new business development Collaborate with Sales on media plans, campaign strategies, and upweight opportunities. Support new business development and strategic sales initiatives. Skills You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field. 2+ years in digital media (Account Management, Media Planning, Customer Service). Proficient in Microsoft Office/GSuite, Doubleclick, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Salesforce, JIRA. Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail. Knowledge of Ad Tech, programmatic advertising, and industry trends. Ability to manage stakeholders, meet deadlines, and maintain a solutions-focused approach. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and open to feedback with a growth mindset.
