Position Purpose The Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and success. They're always building on our understanding of our client accounts: the people, their objectives, challenges, context and so on. They match our services to client needs in a way that is welcomed and valued. They guide our teams to creatively, collaboratively and enthusiastically deliver results that make our clients wildly successful. The Account Manager ensures that client relationships go from strength to strength because they enjoy peace of mind while trusting us to deliver.

You're thorough and insightful when briefing in client requirements. You foster collaborative relationships between our teams and client contacts.
