About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients, focusing on liquid products. This role emphasises achieving and surpassing key performance indicators, including budget targets, account profitability, and exceptional account management.
Key Responsibilities Drive Sales and Account Growth: Build and expand client relationships, actively seeking new business opportunities.Manage and Support Key Accounts: Ensure clients receive excellent support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalised solutions aligned with their needs.Product Knowledge and Client Education: Act as a product expert, offering clients insights into formulations and demonstrating the value of the company's manufacturing capabilities.Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales and profitability goals, implementing strategies to maximise revenue from each account.Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to provide clients with relevant insights and effectively promote the company's offerings.Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with manufacturing and product development teams to meet customer needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.About You 3+ years of experience in sales within liquid contract manufacturing.Strong understanding of liquid formulation and manufacturing.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer needs.Resilient and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, confident, and driven.Experience working with established brands and private-label products.If you would like more information on this role, please contact Eva Kelly at ****** to arrange a call.
