Let's talk about the role you'll play towards our success No two days in a high growth scale up are the same, but these will be your key responsibilities:Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to maximize the value derived from these partnerships.Proactively identify and establish connections with key decision-makers at potential client companies to foster long-term relationships.Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to present and explain services, guiding them to make informed choices.Understand the challenges and needs of clients, and develop strategies to better address these through tailored solutions.Identify and pursue new sales and business development opportunities to grow the business.Seek and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services to existing clients.Regularly monitor and assess competitor activities to stay competitive and proactively retain clients.Provide outstanding service to maintain and enhance the business's reputation.Address and resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed Client Portfolio Revenue Targets.Who are you, and what experience will you bring?
