Reporting to the National Sales Director, Beevo is seeking an experienced Account Manager responsible for managing Beevo's portfolio of Commercial agencies predominantly located in Sydney. Relationship management with our agent partners is critical to ensuring we create every opportunity to maximize the referral flow of business to Beevo. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive Account Manager to strengthen client relationships to achieve ongoing commercial growth, whilst also identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Northern Sydney and Newcastle market. Based in Sydney, the role predominately includes: ? On the road visiting existing accounts and driving new business opportunities ? Strategically planning your call cycles to grow market share ? CRM Management ? Engagement with our existing agents to ensure they are maximizing their use of Beevo. ? Administration of agencies and the fielding of account-based enquires from agents. ? Engagement with our existing agents to ensure they are maximizing their use of Beevo. ? Follow up customer enquiries, leads or opportunities ? Providing excellence in customer service and professionally handling client interactions ? Working collaboratively with the Sales team What are we looking for? ? 3+ years of Account Management and/or BDM experience. ? Excellent customer service and communication skills. ? To work both autonomously and as a member of a close-knit team. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? A genuine customer focused attitude with the desire to learn and develop sales acumen. ? Confident and able to operate to specific KPIs ? Proficient with Microsoft Office and G Suite ? CRM Management ? A positive attitude and highly organised. ? You are self-disciplined to work independently in a fast-paced environment ? Demonstrated ability to meet targets. ? Existing relationships within the Commercial Real Estate Industry (highly preferred), Residential Real Estate experience would also be seen as a positive. ? A valid NSW driver's license and a reliable vehicle The role has a base salary and strong incentives with opportunities for substantial growth within the business.
