About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to join the team at Mortim. As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships within the WA market. This full-time WFH position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, contributing to the company's continued success.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targetsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutionsIdentifying new business opportunities and leading the sales process from prospecting to closing dealsAnalysing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-makingWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the timber and building industryStrong negotiation, relationship-building and client management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsIdentifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to expand market shareProficiency in using sales CRM tools and data analysis to drive decision-makingA motivated self-starter who can manage tasks and initiativesWhat we offer
