The opportunity to succeed is going to be given to you with a team of highly skilled and professional sales experts guiding you every step of the way.
Servicing all Bunzl customers across the Mackay Regional Territory, you will introduce and promote new and existing products to your customers, develop and apply customer-specific strategies, and provide support to ultimately deliver profitable success for all.Your main responsibilities will be: Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers.Develop full understanding of customer's and prospect's current products, and future needs.Act as a trusted advisor to your allocated customers by ensuring we meet the agreed service expectations and manage any disputes/queries in a timely manner.Identify new potential customers and previously lost customers, creating a clear strategy on securing their business to increase sales (pipeline management).
ABOUT YOUThis role will call upon your passion to deliver excellence and your ability to maintain multi-tiered relationships with internal and external customers.
You are an independent self-starter, who enjoys working autonomously and within a team.
You possess excellent organisational and time management skills, have well-developed interpersonal skills and confident and effective in both verbal and written communication.You've already fine-tuned your relationship-building and negotiation skills from previous roles in account management and, ideally, experience within the Healthcare, Hospitality or Facility Management industries.
Always searching for ways to challenge the status quo, you have a proven track record in developing new business, and a strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
