Our work will take you in different directions. KONE are looking for an Account Manager to join our Sydney Service team. Working in a customer-oriented and highly motivated team, you will proactively target clients to sell service contracts. You will spend a large portion of your time out in the field developing business to drive sales and attain budgeted growth within our Service team.
What will you be doing? Be a part of the sales team by focusing on lead generation and customer engagementBuilding rapport with new and existing clients across a range of industriesEngage with customers ahead of contract expiration to renegotiate terms, ensuring continued service and customer satisfactionImplement and promote digital tools and solutions to enhance service efficiency and customer experienceFoster long-term partnerships by collaborating with internal teams to engage in lifecycle discussionsCustomer relationship creation and developmentTimely and accurate reporting within Salesforce (CRM)What are we looking for?
