Fantastic opportunity to join a Tech vendor with a World leading Remote Monitoring solution utilized by MSPs and Resellers as well as a very sticky eco-system that includes a CRM and ticketing tools.
This role has been created off the back of rapid growth in 2024 and an aggressive acquisition plan focused on cementing their position as the go-to vendor for MSPs and IT Resellers.
The primary goal of this role is to maintain regular proactive contact with the account base and to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across their wide portfolio of products.
You will also be involved in referring potential cyber security upsells to the Partner Sales team where you will then in involved in the sales process itself.
Some of the core duties include;
Build and maintain strong relationships within your assigned accounts to retain, grow commitment and provide customer resources when needed Identify and close new sales leads Close referral opportunities from existing accounts Identify and close add-on product and service sales opportunities Provide account management and manage relationships with accounts Provide proposals and process agreements for all new business with clients Conduct strategic account reviews regularly to review service needs and trends Deliver monthly sales quota and forecast Build a growth strategy for strategic customers
To be successful you must have at least two years' local Tech sales experience in either a quota carrying account management role or a new business sales closing role.
In addition, good communication skills and an entrepreneurial approach are vital.
