Account Manager

The Account Manager is accountable to generate profitable air compressors and dryers sales revenue and increase operating income by broadening sales coverage, establishing new accounts, and providing total solutions to customers.
To maintain close relationship with the customers in assigned industries.Responsibilities:Achieve sales target set for area of responsibilities.Negotiation on tender, contract terms and condition and preparation of Sales contract.Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned industries to provide required services and solicit for orders.Prepare sales report, analyzing cost and sales, quotations and maintaining and creating new client accounts.Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training and after-sales support.Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customer.Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing, and other events.Work closely with supply chain management, sales support and project engineer and order fulfillment team.Qualifications/Requirements:Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience selling industrial equipment.Product knowledge of air compressor & control system will be advantageous.Strong team player who is self-motivated and customer oriented.Work independently, process good communication and strong presentation skills.Understanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and Project Financials.Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service).Possess own vehicle (preferred)Ingersoll Rand Inc.
