The transformation you will experience.As part of the HX Planning and Activation team, the Senior Account Manager is accountable for planning, client service, and managing & developing the Account Executive and Coordinator. The Senior Account Manager project oversees all relevant craft specialists in the creation of client work and assists collaboration across the agency to ensure strong client relationships on a day-to-day basis. As a valued member of the team, the Account Manager is accountable for driving and enhancing our agency's culture of People Powered Growth.
Your scope will include:
Assists client leads to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefsExecutes solutions through the communications planning processCollaborates with the HX Partnership to deliver implementation planning excellenceProject directs client plans to ensure accuracy and budgetBuilds strong client relationship as a recommended member of the agency villageOversee the financial management including invoicing and payments process in line with contractual terms agreedSets example to team to keep abreast of current and future industry thinking and trendsInfluences the team to focus on providing opportunities for them to deliver on self personal growth plansOversees the overall delivery of campaign across all craft disciplinesUnderstands the trading implications of planning agreements made to ensure Starcom and client objectives are deliveredAssists the Account Director to ensure client and agency priorities are filtered through to the teamWhat you're looking forA supportive and collaborative cultureClients who are open to be challenged and working progressively.Fulfil your career ambitions in a business large enough to accommodate them - we have one of the best mobility programs GLOBALLY!What type of person will be successful in this roleMinimum of 4-5 years' experience preferred.Holistic Media Planning Experience (Offline + Digital)Strong written and verbal communication experienceKnowledgeable using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Expertise across industry planning tools to deliver optimum plans for client KPIs/targetDeep knowledge and comprehension of financial management tool e.g. BCC and MScopeStrong working knowledge of the media marketplace and new opportunitiesAttention to detail that is second to noneA true professional with strong time management and the aptitude to juggle multiple priorities.Strong organisation experience with a love for being one step aheadHas a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growthIf you don't tick every box in this ad, please don't rule yourself out.
