Our client, a successful and long-standing Steadfast insurance brokerage, is seeking an Account Manager to join the team.You will be working in the SME or Commercial team and will be responsible for managing and growing an interesting and varied portfolio of clients across all lines of general insurance.As an Account Manager you will be:Managing your own portfolio, delivering tailored insurance solutionsProviding expert advice on insurance policies and coverage options to meet clients' specific needsDeveloping and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionNegotiating with insurers to secure the best terms and pricing for clientsHandling client renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims assistance as requiredIdentifying opportunities for new business and cross-selling additional productsPreparing presentations, reports, and documentation to support client meetings and reviews.On Offer:Competitive salary, bonus and annual salary reviewCollaborative and supportive working environmentEvents throughout the yearWorking with highly experienced Senior BrokersYou will be Tier 1 qualified and ideally have:Proven experience as a broker, (Highly experienced Account Executives will also be considered)A good understanding of Winbeat, Sunrise is an advantageExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsThe ability to manage multiple accounts with high attention to detail and a proactive approachStrong sales acumen and the ability to identify new business opportunitiesIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and are ready to take the next step in your career, join our client and make a real impact.For a confidential discussion please call Kirsty Patterson on 0426 680 959 and click Apply, or email your resume to ******
