This role involves developing and nurturing strong business relationships with key decision-makers and implementing strategies to grow a portfolio of customers in the Food & Beverage sector.Key Responsibilities:Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for new business growth.Develop and present compelling value propositions to customers.Prepare and execute negotiation strategies to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Maintain a strong understanding of account commercials, supply chain protocols, and contract management.Demonstrate excellent project planning and organisational skills.Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.Prioritise tasks efficiently and respond with urgency to customer demands.Handle administrative functions thoroughly and effectively.The Successful ApplicantProven experience in an Account Management role, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.A strong ability to foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.A collaborative approach and the ability to contribute to team success.Resilience, high performance, and a customer-centric mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while managing competing priorities.What's on OfferThis is a high-profile role within a leading organisation offering a competitive salary package and the potential for performance-based incentives.
