It is perfectly suited to a self-motivated Account and sales professional who loves to travel, enjoys other cultures, and is looking to drive sales & develop and grow key customer relationships across Asia and Europe.The RoleAn exciting Account Management opportunity has become available to develop and manage key customer stakeholders within the organization's international customer portfolio. You will help drive sales outcomes with overseas and international accounts through effective negotiations and continually looking for new ways to increase your business. Offering wide exposure to overseas travel and a focus on South East Asia and European markets, you will be working with your customers by developing and launching products & supporting their retail businesses to grow and be successful.Day to DayAs an Account Management professional, you will have a diverse range of sales experience and will be able to demonstrate the following:Develop strong relationships and work with key customer contacts within your designated customer base.Experience in dealing with retail customers (large and/or independent).High level of international travel required and an understanding of different cultural requirements.Ability to negotiate and have robust range and category discussions for mutual benefit.Able to develop new business opportunities with international retail customers.Liaise internally to ensure the supply chain meets customer expectations.Produce and utilise reports/data to make strategic sales decisions for your customers.A strong ability to utilise and understand Excel data.Skills NeededAbility to work collaboratively across other departments (marketing, product, finance, operations, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work within different cultures to achieve sales outcomes and targets.Heavily reliant on data to make future business decisions for your customer base.High level of commercial acumen and able to see the impact your work has on the overall business success.Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.Reporting to the Business Manager based locally, you will be given the support and guidance needed to be successful in your role.
