Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Argentina. You will be managing teams that are using Marketing automation No-code tech (Zapier, Hubspot, Airtable, Octopus) among other tech Google Drive and Suite + Notion to work upon improving our marketing automation for our clients. You will help execute and improve the various processes of improving our client's workflow and output for marketing results. Be strategic and bold in proposals for improvement and team development.
ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementTeam and Squad creation and ManagementProject managementReporting (Internal and external)Revenue OKRsEnsure that we are meeting the client's needsManage internal and external communicationsDrive projects to completionBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunitiesRequirementsHave extensive experience in team buildingKnow how to manage clients' projects and expectationsUnderstand and build upon the existing team and build a new team from scratch.Reporting information inside and outside of the organization in order to make strategic business decisions.Have managed large budgets and client's assets (Email list, website, e-commerce website, BtB efforts)Experience working with international and global companies based in the US and EU markets.Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant roleProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailBe part of a Team that lives and loves flexibility but has the drive to become one of the best agencies working for Worldwide clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
