Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Residential Account Manager to join their team in Victoria. In this role, you'll drive residential sales performance, increase market share, and support company growth aligned with our vision and values in the western suburbs.
Key Responsibilities:
Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships.
Set and achieve sales targets by forecasting market trends and creating annual sales plans.
Develop and implement strategies for pricing, proposals, leads, and prospective clients.
Lead by delegating responsibilities while ensuring accountability and regular follow-up.
Review and manage incoming Purchase Orders, Contracts, and Supply Agreements.
Create and execute a business plan and sales strategy to meet company goals and profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with corporate authority guidelines.
Attend management meetings and deliver regular progress reports.
Handle administrative tasks and undertake other responsibilities as required by the direct manager and National Management Team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in business or a related field.
Experience in the residential construction sector.
Strong background in supplier relationship management.
Solid understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead by example.
Creative problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
