Job Description Summary As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to oversee the delivery of capital works projects.
Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team and take charge of the delivery of capital works projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Building Engineering, resource management and excellent client management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of capital works projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals are met. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff and trade resources external contractors, to ensure efficient project execution. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on project progress, budget status, and any issues to senior management and clients. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Development of processes within a highly establishment management system. Qualifications: Project Management qualified with building engineering and asset management experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in capital works or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
