Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and continuously identifying ways to deliver additional value.Proactively manage and support a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving any issues, and driving positive outcomes.Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' expectations are consistently met and exceeded, coordinating any additional support needed.Keep up to date with industry trends to ensure services are aligned with clients' evolving needs.Use Salesforce to track and manage client interactions, maintaining up-to-date records to facilitate smooth communication and high-quality service delivery.Key Competencies: Strong ability to build trust and loyalty with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and ongoing engagement.Proven experience managing client accounts, focusing on service and long-term relationships rather than sales-driven activities.Ability to identify client needs and proactively address them, ensuring satisfaction and fostering continued business.Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while keeping attention to detail and client priorities.Selection Criteria: Proven track record in account management, with a focus on client retention and relationship development.Strong communication skills and the ability to offer solutions that benefit clients.A proactive, adaptable approach, coupled with a strong team-oriented mindset.If you're passionate about building long-lasting client relationships and are eager to contribute to a company that truly values service and community, this role offers a fulfilling opportunity.
