Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our team, responsible for managing and nurturing our key client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier insurance solutions.
Your role will involve overseeing complex insurance accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.Oversee the management of complex insurance accounts, ensuring that all client needs and expectations are met.Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.Lead and mentor Junior Account Managers and support staff, providing guidance and expertise to enhance team performance.Analyse market trends and industry developments to offer strategic insights and recommendations to clients.Manage and resolve any client issues or concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and management of insurance policies and programs.What Skills and Qualifications will you Require? 3+ years prior Insurance Broking experienceMinimum Tier 1 in Insurance Broking qualificationAbility to interpret policy wordings, provide policy coverage advice and make comparisons between insurance productsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailOutstanding time management, organisational and planning skillsProficiency in industry-specific software and toolsWhat Skills and Qualifications are preferred for the position?
